Terms of Sale

This purchase is governed by the following terms of sale, prepared in accordance with Norwegian consumer law.

1. Parties

Seller: FotoFornyer, Kapellvegen, 2740 Roa, Norway. Email: post@fotofornyer.no, tel. +47 905 31 101, org.no. 982 466 288. The buyer is the consumer placing the order.

2. Price and Agreement

All prices shown are total prices including all taxes and charges. No additional costs apply. Packages: 1 image – $3 (NOK 25), 3 images – $6 (NOK 50), 8 images – $12 (NOK 100). You may upload fewer images than the package allows. The agreement is binding when payment is completed.

3. Payment

Payment is processed at the time of order via Stripe (card payment) or Vipps MobilePay. The amount is charged immediately upon purchase.

4. Delivery

The service is digital. Restored images are delivered in your browser with a download button, and/or sent to the provided email address. Normal processing time is 30–120 seconds per image.

5. Right of Withdrawal

This service is exempt from the right of withdrawal pursuant to the Norwegian Consumer Contracts Act (angrerettloven) § 22 (l) and (m), as it constitutes a digital service delivered and performed immediately after payment. By completing the purchase, you expressly consent to the service starting immediately and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal is thereby waived.

6. Complaints and Complaint Handling

If you are dissatisfied with the result or the service fails, contact us at post@fotofornyer.no within a reasonable time. You are entitled to one free retry per image. If the service fails to deliver a result, we will offer a refund or reprocessing at no additional cost.

7. Returns

As this is a digital service, physical returns are not applicable.

8. Personal Data

We only process personal data necessary to provide the service. Uploaded images are automatically deleted after 24 hours. See our privacy policy for full details.

9. Limitation of Liability

FotoFornyer does not guarantee specific results. AI restoration is an automated process and results vary with the quality and condition of the original image. The service is provided "as is".

10. Dispute Resolution

Complaints should be directed to the seller within a reasonable time. If we cannot reach an agreement, you may contact the Forbrukertilsynet at tel. 23 400 600. EU dispute resolution is available at ec.europa.eu/odr.
